AFH offers free tutoring afterwork and a wide variety of college readiness support helping teens thrive not only at work but school! The impact is felt—with AFH seniors boasting a 100% high school graduation rate, 96% college acceptance rate, and on average $460K in college scholarships each year.
As part of their benefits as an employee at AFH, teens have access to 1:1 tutoring (thank you to our volunteer tutors!), as well as access to a computer and a quiet space to use after work—helping them develop comprehension in core subjects.
We also provide a range of college readiness support for life after high school. We assist with college tours and applications and work with teens to secure scholarships and financial aid packages. And so much more!
